Prayer to Your Guardian Angel for Guidance
Most guardian angel prayers ask for safety; this one asks for something different — the nudge of guidance when you are standing at a fork in the road and cannot tell which way to go. Catholic tradition holds that every person has an angel assigned to walk with them for exactly this kind of moment.
Angel of God, my guardian dear, you have walked beside me since the day I was given to your care. I am not asking today to be kept safe, but to be shown the way. Where I am unsure, help me notice what is right. Where I am afraid to choose, lend me your courage. Guide my steps, quietly and surely, toward what God wills for me. Amen.
